Terms & Conditions
 General Information:
•    Rate are Include to 21% service charge and tax
•    Surcharge will apply on certain period
•    Check in time is 14:00 hours and check out time is 12:00 noon.
•    Benefits not taken, are not redeemable
Payment Method:
•    All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card
•    50% the total amount of the reservation will be charge 14 days prior to arrival and will be charge to credit card given
•    Rate confirm is USD and will be converted to IDR Rupiah (local currency), based on exchange rate used by the hotel and subject to exchange rate fluctuation
Cancelation Policy:
•    In the event of cancellation 30 days  (in low season period) and 45 days (in high season period) prior to arrival date, the reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the value of one nights accommodation.
•    In the event of cancellation 14 days  (in low season period) and 21 days (in high season period) prior to arrival date, the reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the value of 50% from total accommodation charged.
•    Full prepayment and non refunable is required by credit card or bank transfer for any booking confirm for period of  December 21 - January 4)
•    In event of No Show as well as Early Departure, the total price of reservation will be charged
